NTUTECH is an IT consultancy and deployment shop based in Dalton, Georgia. We deliberately cover more ground than a typical managed-services provider, because the problems our clients bring us rarely stay inside one category.
Most IT problems get handed between specialists. The network vendor says it is the server. The server vendor says it is the application. The web agency says it is the host. Meanwhile nobody owns the outcome, and the person who has to explain it to a board has four contradictory emails.
We built NTUTECH to be the opposite of that. The same team that racks your switches also configures your tenant, builds your website and sets up the camera for your quarterly all-hands. It is a wider remit than most firms our size take on, and it is the single thing clients tell us they value most — because when something crosses a boundary, there is still only one number to call.
We work with businesses, non-profits and public-sector teams across Northwest Georgia. Some we see weekly; some call us once a year for a project. Both are fine.
